Pickup On Demand® Refund Request
Please fill in the information below regarding the Pickup On Demand service transaction(s) for which you are requesting a refund. You must provide:
- The ATG Order Number or PUOD Confirmation Number(s) and the corresponding dates of the pickup you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for the refund request
Your request will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once your request is processed, you will be notified via email if it was approved or denied. Processing may take longer if additional information is needed.
If approved, allow between 5-7 business days from notification for a refund to be posted to your credit card account.
