Online Package Intercept® Refund Request

Please fill in the information below regarding the Online Package Intercept service transaction for which you are requesting a refund. You must provide:

  • The ATG Order Number, Tracking Number, or OPI Confirmation Number and the corresponding date of the Online Package Intercept request you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for the refund request

Your request will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once your request is processed, you will be notified via email if it was approved or denied. Processing may take longer if additional information is needed.

If approved, allow between 5-7 business days from notification for a refund to be posted to your credit card account.
